These Terms govern your access to and use of the AI Marketplace Platform and related services.

Overview

AIMP is an AI marketplace that enables organizations to upload, manage, and execute their own models. We do not provide predefined models; we provide infrastructure to execute customer-managed artifacts under agreed limits.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you use AIMP for a company, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. This includes attempting to access systems without authorization, distributing malware, or violating the rights of others.

Marketplace Execution

Model artifacts and related data are provided by you. You are solely responsible for the legality, safety, and performance of your models. We may enforce limits and suspend execution that threatens platform stability or security.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your models and content. We retain all rights to the platform, software, and branding. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Fees and Billing

If paid services apply, fees, usage limits, and billing terms are described in your plan or order form. You agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes as they become due.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform ends, but your obligations that should survive will remain.

Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
